On December 26th the state of Washington passed a law stating that people could use the restroom that they identified with in terms of gender. On February 8th, a Seattle man got undressed in a women’s locker room. When he was questioned by Parks and Rec, he cited the gender law for his decision.
No one can tell that dude that he’s not a woman. Based on what everyone says about gender and how people don’t choose something, then this can’t be argued, right? But what if any old pervy dude just wanted to look at other women undress? And what about their little girls?
This guy might be transgender and he might be creepy. Not thinking this law through to whatever end needed was the fault of the state. They are lucky nothing crazier happened, but this is obviously a law that will likely be in effect in other areas (if not already).
